Eve, by her Choice agreed that “Yes, God's Word lied.”

Adam was happy to believe that Snake's Lie.

SPOKEN:   GOD  thru Paul, in  2nd  Corinthians 11: 3-4 tells us,
“But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness,
so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who     comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a
different spirit... or a different gospel...—you may well put up with it!” –

WE're  often deceived,  preferring Satan's lies,  when
we claim  “translators goofed”   and  “God's Word lies.”
VERSE  4  
People are DECEIVED by Satan's  Favorite Lie,  saying
“Genesis  is a MYTH”,    that   “Jesus's  words re Satan lied”.    >>

SPOKEN:   GOD  thru Deuteronomy 29:19-20 warns us to not be like this person:
“... he blesses himself in his heart, saying, ‘I shall have peace,
even though I follow the dictates of my heart’— … The LORD would not
spare him;      for then the anger of the LORD and His jealousy would burn
against that man, and every curse that is written in this book would settle on him.” 
 

MOVEMENT 2
VERSE   5
In the Garden,  Eve probably found  much self Pride,  thinking
she had thought that Snake's words through,  thought her belief on them was Truth.
Eve chose to decide to  CHOOSE THE LIE,     filled with
Pride that forgot all the  EVIDENCE  that  GOD  NEVER   LIES.
    HOLY  God  Can't  Lie!
 
VERSE   6
Maybe Adam was embarrassed, felt  loss of Pride   after
Eve came up with that Snake's  thought,  and first realized that there were thoughts
besides God's..... Adam chose to doubt God.    Filled with
Pride,  he ignored  all the  EVIDENCE  that  GOD  NEVER   LIES.  
    HOLY  God  Can't  Lie!    




CHORUS
Why do we  “modern people”  still fall for Satan's  OLD  lies?   And
still with Pride decide  to  IGNORE ALL  the EVIDENCE   that
verifies:    The Bible matches the LOGIC-al   Truths  of God ! …  ??

 
VERSE  7
When we people are deceived,  often it is our Pride  that led
us  to start to trust our own thoughts,  call them “Logic”,  though they conflict
with God's  OFTEN-PROVED Truth  Bible words.    We must
with Honesty  admit  FAITH sees that  GOD  NEVER   LIES.   
    HOLY  God  Can't  Lie!
 
VERSE  8
Like in any part of or our lives,  we need  experts beyond our mind:  Who know
more than us, and will GUIDE us..... GOD has PROMised us ...  WISDOM.... when
we ask:    See  James 1:5,   and John 14's end:  God will HELP you understand
    all the  LOGIC  that you need to see that GOD  NEVER   LIES.

I've sometimes felt sorry for Eve: She probably FELT that since Adam was first, maybe “God loves him more”. So I've wondered, as this song shows:  

DID EVE GET EXCITED thinking she found WISDOM that SHE could teach to Adam??? …. 

Pride, yes. SIN, yes. But the same excuse maybe that MANY of us have when we 

start falling for all the “NEW” teachings that God thru Paul warned us about.  

2nd Peter 2:1. “...... there will be false teachers AMONG you, who will 

     secretly bring in destructive heresies, 

           even denying  the Lord who bought them....”

Yet another song empowered by God... Ephesians 3:20-21 for HIS Glory.
